A copper-alloy pair of shears dating to late 14th or 15th century. The shears can be identified as Ward-Perkins Type IV on the 'Medieval Catalogue' of London Museum (1940, pp. 153-158). They measure 110.83mm in length, 19.83mm in width, 2.92mm thick and weigh 16.21g. The shears consist of two longitudinal blades jointed together by a circular loop on top. The latter measures 18.02mm in external diameter and 11.04mm in internal diameter. A copper alloy cast medieval single loop buckle with integral forked spacers dating to the period AD c. 1350-1450. The buckle has an oval frame from which lover side extends two rectanular shape elements, living a U-shape gap between them for the inserction of the pin, now missing. The forked spacers where originally functional to hold in place a double sheet plate. The buckle is undecorated and covered with a green corrosion patina. A copper alloy medieval single loop buckle dating to the period AD c. 1250-1400. The buckle is D-shape in plan with wide and thick frame and a narrow strap bar. The junction between the latter and the frame is marked by two knobs. The pin is missing. Both the upper and lower surface of the buckle are smooth and undecorated. The buckle measures 15.12mm in length, 22.24mm in width, 3.17mm thick and weighs 1.75g. Similar buckles are illustrated in Whitehead R. (2003), p. 19.
