An incomplete copper alloy Colchester derivative, Polden Hill brooch c. f. Mackreth 2011, Chapter 3, Part 3. Group 4a or 4b.
The foot, catch plate, pin and the ends of the wings are missing, presumably lost in antiquity.
In plan, the brooch is almost T-shaped. The bow head is hump-like, and angular (comma shaped) in profile, with near-cylindrical wings (the back of the wings is flat) projecting from either side at the top. An incomplete copper alloy 'miniature' knobbed terret ring of probably the later Iron Age or early Roman period, dating from c. 100 BC - c. AD 200.
Approximately 30% of the terret survives, originally it would have been D shaped; it is now an irregular crescent (C shape). The cross section varies in shape along the length of the terret; for the majority it is oval / lentoid. At the base of the ring would have been a horizontal strap bar with an angular faceted triangular cross section, this is now heavily worn and forms the bottom terminal of the object. An incomplete bar mount of the Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1150 - c. AD 1450.
The mount is of the bar type and consists of a domed central oval, with two projecting lugs. Only the bottom lug remains as a rectangular shaped projection, this terminates in a slight hook, which is at a right angle to the rest of the object. The top lug is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The remains of the lug are visible as a very worn break at the top of the object. A complete copper alloy uniface circular coin weight for an Angel of the Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1604 - AD 1619.
The coin weight is circular in plan. The obverse depicts St Michael spearing a dragon to the right, there is a raised border around the edge and both St Michael's legs are bent. The reverse exhibits filemarks and is otherwise undecorated.
The coin weight has a diameter of 15.5 mm and a thickness of 3.1 mm. It weighs 4.6 grams (70.9 grains).

An incomplete lead alloy bifaced token, of the Late Medieval to Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1400 to c. AD 1800.
The token is broadly circular in plan and rectangular in section. The obverse is decorated with a debased probable fleur de lys / lis formed of a raised vertical line with a pellet terminal, flanked by two curved lines, with a raised horizontal line overlaying the design (Powell type 16) . The reverse seems to be decorated with a straight vertical raised line in the centre with a curved line above which curves into a hook on the left.

An incomplete copper alloy French Jetton of the Late Medieval to Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1497 - AD 1521.
Obverse depcits four fleurs de lis in a lozenge within a tressure of four arches, and the reverse depicts a simple cross pattee in the field with flowers in each quarter, struck mainly in Tournai during the reign of Louis XII (1497-1515) but also struck during the reign of Francis I (1515-1547) up to the year 1521 when Tournai was occupied by Charles V. The obverse compares well with Mitchiner 726a.

A complete lead or lead alloy toy whirligig or buzz disc of the Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1600 - c. AD 1900.
The whirligig consists of a flat disc of sheet lead or lead alloy metal, with a serrated edge. The toy has two string holes which are circular in shape and drilled from both sides. Originally twenty six (26) triangular spokes/teeth were present. All have been worn down and have rounded points. The scraper is broadly triangular in shape, with a roughly rectangular cross section. There is no cortex remaining on the surface. The cufflink element (one half of a cuff link) or button consists of a single disc with a concave reverse. The disc is circular in shape, with bevelled edges. The remains of an attachment loop are present on the rear, as a slightly raised oval protrusion. A complete copper alloy zoomorphic strap fitting or belt hook, of the Post Medieval period, dating from c. AD 1550 - c. AD 1750.
The belt hook is S shaped with an oval cross section. A zoomorphic or animal head terminal is present at either end, depicting a dragon or serpent's head with a brow ridge and crest, pointed nose and open jaw, an oval eye is also visible. At the centre of the S is a 'waisted' area comprising a central flower design, consisting of a moulded collar with three knops, flanked by grooves and leaves from either side.

An incomplete copper alloy probable bow brooch of the Roman period, probably dating from c. AD 50 - c. AD 200.
Only part of the bow, foot and catchplate remain. The head, wings, spring and pin are missing presumed in lost antiquity.
