The outer discs are missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The object comprises of two broadly circular discs with a rectangular strip between the two. The strip has been folded almost completely in half. The discs each show evidence of old breaks at one end of each, this would be where the two outer discs would have been. The seal is made of two discs connected with a strip. One disc has a rivet which protrudes through the hole in the other rivet.
