The strainer is largely flat with multiple punched circular perforations, which have been punched from the front. The perforations are arranged in approximate concentric circles and are irregular sizes, (maximum diameter of 2.6 mm and a minimum diameter of 1.0 mm). Both rivets are present, and both show signs of iron corrosion.
