A corroded but complete shield-shaped cast copper-alloy harness pendant dating from c.AD1200 - 1400. Main body of the pendant is shield shaped with a flat top, and convex curved sides which converge to a point at the bottom. From the top edge a suspension loop protrudes centrally at ninety degrees to the pendant. This attachment loop ends in a worn, broken terminal that leave only half of original hole that would have been used to hang the pendant. The loop is rectangular with an elaborate wider outer edge and recessed and narrowed strap bar, which is stepped back behind the main frame. Only 9.0mm of the strap bar remains. A Roman copper alloy hinged initial T-shaped brooch or possibly hinged Dolphin, probably dating to c. AD 50-150. Only the wings and part of the bow remain. The wings are open at each end revealing a rusty fill, They measure 38.56mm in width and 6.25mm in diameter. There is a central slot between the wings to allow for a hinged pin, only the base of which remains. A post medieval copper alloy strap fitting, probably from a sword belt, dating to the 17th century. The hanger's main body is an ovoid plate with a flat reverse and slighlty convex front surface. At the top of this plate there is a trefoil knop. On the opposite end to this is a collared hook, which curves backwards to a rounded point. A Post Medieval copper alloy pot leg, dating to the period c. AD 1500-1700. The leg is broadly triangular in cross section, the inner surface being flat and the outer surface formed of three conjoined convex ribs. The leg terminates downward in a flared, hoof-like foot, separated from the leg by a raised collar. The object has a grey-orange patina. The leg measures 47.48mm in length, 34.39mm in width, 21.19mm in thickness and weighs 99.10g. Butler et al (2009: 4) defines this type of pot leg as a type C, which was in use by the 16th century and almost universal during the 17th.

The band is D shaped in cross section with flat inner side and convex outer and terminates in an old break on either side of the bezel at 12.80mm. Two adjoining pieces of a cast copper alloy Medieval to Post Medieval cauldron dating from cAD1200 to cAD1700. The two pieces form part of the upper rim of a vessel with the remains of an angular lug handle in situ, measuring 19.25mm, with an old break at the turn of the angle. A Roman copper alloy Colchester derivative developed T-shaped brooch, probably dating to c. AD 80-160. Only the head and upper part of the bow of the brooch survive. The wings measure 20.98mm in width and are rectangular with an integral projecting cylindrical bar across the back to hold the hinge (now mostly missing and abraded) and a sub-rectangular slot cut into the centre of the reverse to accommodate a hinged pin. The bit itself has two vertical projections, one of which curves outwards 90 degrees at the end, the other having an old break before the end. Post medieval copper alloy coin or jetton or token of uncertain state, possibly the Low Countries or Germany, dating to 1566. The piece has an unclear, possibly nonsense legend on the obverse with the figure of a standing archer. The reverse has a cross fleuretty and an unclear legend with the date 1566. The general style seems similar to 16th century jettons of Nuremburg and to some low denomination coins of the Low Counties and adjacent terrirories but it is not currently possible to identify it from the books to hand.

A Medieval to post-Medieval leg/foot from a cast copper-alloy cooking vessel. The leg is trapezoid in cross-section throughout its length, wider at the front than the back and becomes gradually wider and thicker from the top to the foot. On the front there is a central vertical rib ending in a thick projection at the foot. The base is concave and the top is very irregular and worn.
