Possible post medieval lead hooked tag. It is incomplete and distorted, missing the hook, with a surviving length of 21.1mm and a weight of 3.0g. The tag had a rectangular attachment loop at one end, now distorted. At the centre is a circular boss (4.0mm diameter) with cast decoration comprising a raised concentric knurled ring, inside of which are five raised ring-and-dot motifs at the centre. At the base is the stub of the presumed hook, now missing. Iron wire appears to have been contained within the lead and has corroded on to the surface in areas.

Post medieval lead cloth seal, probably of 17th century
The cloth seal is of two-part type and is complete (with an overall length of 21.3mm, a thickness of 4.1mm and a weight of 6.2g). The discs are circular (with a diameter of 16mm - 17mm) and the rear disc with flattened rivet is and is not stamped. The front disc has a design with a possible SPI, where the upright of the 'P' in incorporated into a sideways orientated '&' and all within a beaded border.
It has not been possible to identify the seal marks but the general form may be best paralleled with clothiers', weavers' …

The weight comprises a cut fragment of ornamental enamelled copper alloy metalwork set into a lead base and is near-complete, missing much of the enamel (with a weight of 116.3g). The lead base is flat and sub-oval (36.5mm x 27.5mm) and the sides are slightly concave and convergent to the top face with a sub-rectangular section (19.0mm thick). Post medieval lead powder cap of 17th century date
The cap is near-complete but is distorted (with a distorted mouth diameter of 25.9mm, x 14.2mm, a base diameter of 16-19mm, a width, including lugs of 26.8mm, a height of 17.4mm and a weight of 14.0g). Both lugs are present (with a width of 6.8mm, a length of 6mm and a thickness of 2mm). The mouth has no external mounding but ribs are evident running along the face between the lugs. The surface is heavily corroded with a pale white-grey corrosion and mid-grey metal.

Post medieval lead cloth seal of 17th century date
The seal is sub-circular and may have been of two or four disc type with the connecting strips now missing (with a maximum diameter of 15.8mm, a thickness of 1.3mm and a weight of 1.3g). The disc has a crown above a harp and flanked each side by C - R, probably indicating an Irish alnage seal of Charles I (1625-49) or possibly Charles II (1660-1685). The rear is plain.

Post medieval lead cloth seal of mid-17th to early 18th century date
The seal is of two-disc type with the connecting strip now fragmentary (with a length of 19.0mm, a width of 11.0mm, a depth of 3.4mm and a weight of 2.7g). One of the discs has a crown above R(reversed) WR, indicating an alnage seal of William III. There is no design now discernible on the other disc.

Decorated lead weight of uncertain date, possibly medieval to post medieval
The cast weight is circular (with a diameter of 46.9mm - 48.4mm) and is rectangular sectioned (with a thickness of 5.7mm). The face is decorated with a moulded whirligig device composed of raised arcing ribs. The weight currently weighs 78.05g, equivalent to 2.75312 ounces, possibly originally a three-ounce weight.

The cloth seal is represented by one of the inner discs of a four-part seal. The disc is near-circular (with a distorted diameter of 36.9mm - 37.7mm, a thickness of 1.5mm and a weight of 13.6g). The design on the disc depicts an angel facing forward in pleated dress. She is holding a palm branch in the right hand (with extended arm) and possibly an hour-glass in the left hand (with the arm bent at the elbow). Lead ingot of uncertain date, possibly post medieval
The ingot is of irregular trapezoidal form (119.1mm, long, 77.3mm wide and 48.7mm deep) and is complete with a weight of 3239.8g, which is equivalent to 7.1425 pounds or 0.510 stone. The top face has the letter 'S', seemingly cast within it. The ingot has few diagnostic attributes making it difficult to date.
The weight of 3239.8 grams broadly corresponds to a 7 pound weight (6.943 ounces) of the Mercantile system, in use from the medieval period.
