A complete, copper alloy strap fitting of post-medieval date (c. AD 1550-1750).The object is composed of a rectangular strap slide, topped with a projecting plate that tapers in before flaring out to end in a broad rounded knop. Along the top of the bar is an incised transverse line. The back of the plate is concave and undecorated. It has a mottled green patina. An incomplete and worn cast copper-alloy Medieval heraldic horse harness stud or mount, probably 13-14th century AD in date. The mount is presently sub-circular in plan but does have notable peripheral damage, and originally was probably quatrefoil in form. There is an integrally-cast sub-square-sectioned attachment spike or stud on the reverse. A complete medieval cast copper alloy single loop folding strap clasp with a separate plate (AD1300-1400) . The clasp has a sub-rectangular frame with rounded terminals and thin linear ribs on the arms as a form of simple decoration.
