Medieval copper alloy buckle fragment, 24mm long, 14mm wide and 10mm thick with a weight of 5.23grams. The object consists of the pin rest portion of a probably rectangular frame. It has a rectangular cross section and is decorated with a series of transverse depressions. There is a central one, forming the pin rest, which is flanked closely by two more. Each edge has a further depression before its rounded corners. What is present suggests that the buckle frame from this point is much narrower and rectangular in section.

The brooch terminates with a double stepped foot and the catchplate runs from back of the acunthus scroll to the base.

Copper-alloy probable finger ring made from a re-used Roman bracelet. The ring is 19mm long, 15mm wide and 6mm thick with a weight of 2.74g. It is formed of a decorated strip which has a rounded terminal containing a central circular hole. This now lies over the other end where it has been used with a projection (probably a separate copper-alloy rivet) to fix the object into a loop.
