Copper alloy spiral finger ring probably dating to the Roman period. Length 8mm, thickness 2mm, diameter 24mm, weight 7.75g The ring is formed of a strip of copper alloy which is 5mm at its widest with a rectangular cross section. Each end narrows to a sub-square cross section of about 2mm wide. The ring has been formed by bending it into a spiral. The outer surface has been decorated with an incised border about 1mm in from the edge, which eventually terminates when the two lines join, owing to the narrowness of the surface. A complete Post-medieval silver seal matrix, possibly dating to 1794-1818. The base is oval with an image of a bird in the centre facing right with a sprig in its beak,above this is a five petalled flower, the inscription around the outside reads 'HENRY HVNT'. the base tapers to become a short hexagonal shaft which terminates in a flat open work trefoil shaped knop which has a single molded collar at its base. It is decorated with a raised star like motif formed of five raised lines around a central rounded projection. It has a large integral loop with is oval in form and has a circular hole in its centre. Medieval copper alloy finger ring. Length 16mm, width 7mm, thickness 2mm, weight 0.76g. The ring is incomplete and consists of arectangular bezel with an oval aperture which is filled with a white opaque substance. The loop has a rectangular cross section and is quite thin. It is present on one side of the bezel, probably 40% of the total, and has small rectangular projection on its upper surface about half way down its length. The ring is similar to fig1615, p.328 in Egan, G. and Pritchard, F. Dress accessories.

A Roman copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, Lower Severn Valley) type, c.f. Mackreth 2011, 2.b Plate 45. The brooch is T-shaped, the spring, pin and axis bar are missing. The fronts of the wings are decorated with three raised vertical ribs. The upper bow has a D shaped cross-section. Medieval cast copper alloy horse harness pendant. The pendant is cross-shaped in plan and semicircular in cross-section, it has a domed front and flattened back. The centre of the cross is lozenge shaped and expands into three equal length arms that flare and rise at the end. The fourth arm of the cross is pointed and worn and would have contained the suspension loop. The surface is smooth and undecorated. Length 21mm, width 20mm, thickness 1mm, weight 2.78g. It is 14th century in date. It is similar to ESS-818A16. Clarke, J. 'The Medieval horse and its equipment' 1995, pg 67, pl 68.

The surface is decorated with a series of thin raised lines. These are arranged in two groups situated to reflect each other. One resembles a thin arrow and the other a V, with a smaller v inside it, near the edge. The back is undecorated. The form matches Walton Rogers type B which she dates to 900-1100AD.

It is decorated on both sides with a series of thin raised lines. These are arranged in triangular shaped groups consisting of repeated chevrons and parallel, diagonally placed lines.
