Medieval copper alloy buckle fragment, 24mm long, 14mm wide and 10mm thick with a weight of 5.23grams. The object consists of the pin rest portion of a probably rectangular frame. It has a rectangular cross section and is decorated with a series of transverse depressions. There is a central one, forming the pin rest, which is flanked closely by two more. Each edge has a further depression before its rounded corners. What is present suggests that the buckle frame from this point is much narrower and rectangular in section.

It has a rounded head with an incomplete suspension loop emerging from it and this contains part of a hinged pin. The semi-circular cross sectioned bow is decorated with a series of two transverse ridges flanking either side of an acanthus scroll at the shoulder. Post-medieval copper alloy looped button. Length 13mm, diameter 11mm, weight 1.94g. The button has a circular form and is domed. It is decorated with a raised star like motif formed of five raised lines around a central rounded projection. It has a large integral loop with is oval in form and has a circular hole in its centre. Buttons of this form date to the late 15th to late 16th centuries.

It has a rounded upper surface which bulges slightly in its centre and has a concave underside. Under the central bulge the object is decorated with an 'almond' shaped eye, with a further linear outline. Medieval copper alloy finger ring. Length 16mm, width 7mm, thickness 2mm, weight 0.76g. The ring is incomplete and consists of arectangular bezel with an oval aperture which is filled with a white opaque substance. The loop has a rectangular cross section and is quite thin. It is present on one side of the bezel, probably 40% of the total, and has small rectangular projection on its upper surface about half way down its length. The ring is similar to fig1615, p.328 in Egan, G. and Pritchard, F. Dress accessories.

Medieval copper-alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.1.1. The strapend sub-triangular in form and rectangular in section. It is formed of a central frame with two sheets attached with rivets at the upper edge and terminates with a rounded projection which has a D shaped cross section and a central circular hole. The object is triangular in cross- section L shaped in form.The leg tapers in width toward the ankle which is separated from the foot by raised rib that circumvents the leg.The foot is D-shaped in cross section and points downwards. Length 62mm, width15mm, thickness 10mm, weight 26.36g. The object is very similar to fig 459, p.164 Egan, G. et al, 'The Medieval Household' which is dated 1400-1450.

Roman copper alloy bow brooch . The brooch has undecorated open wings, one side is mostly present, the spring and pin are missing. The upper part of the bow is decorated with a raised chevron. The bow is D-shaped in section with a flat back and a rounded surface that is corroded but undecorated. The bow tapers and terminates into a rounded knop and there is no catch plate. A Roman copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, Lower Severn Valley) type, c.f. Mackreth 2011, 2.b Plate 45. The brooch is T-shaped, the spring, pin and axis bar are missing. The fronts of the wings are decorated with three raised vertical ribs. The upper bow has a D shaped cross-section. A rib runs down the centre of the bow and becomes less pronounced towards the end.The end of the bow is broken off . Length 18mm, width 21mm, thickness 7mm, weight 3.31g. Medieval cast copper alloy horse harness pendant. The pendant is cross-shaped in plan and semicircular in cross-section, it has a domed front and flattened back. The centre of the cross is lozenge shaped and expands into three equal length arms that flare and rise at the end. The fourth arm of the cross is pointed and worn and would have contained the suspension loop. The surface is smooth and undecorated. Length 21mm, width 20mm, thickness 1mm, weight 2.78g. It is 14th century in date. It is similar to ESS-818A16. Clarke, J. 'The Medieval horse and its equipment' 1995, pg 67, pl 68.
