An incomplete copper alloy Medieval (c.1100-1300) harness pendant missing part of its suspension loop and bent out of shape. It measures 31.05mm in height, 42.15mm wide and 5.45mm thick (the thickness of the metal is 1.35mm). It weighs 6.97g.
The harness pendant is in the shape of a crescent (lunate) with a suspension loop projecting from the centre of the arc so that the harness pendant would have hung with its two points at the bottom. The points have been bent in opposite directions, possibly as a result of post-depositional disturbance. There is no discernible decoration on either…

A incomplete possible tip from a 'copper' type soldering iron of unknown date but likely dating from the Medieval to modern period (up to c.1900). The object is missing a fragment from its top. It is four sided, broadly rectangular from the front and back, and lozengiform from the sides. It measures 52.30mm in height, 17.65mm wide and 15.35mm thick, and weighs 54.62g. The front and rear faces taper towards each other to meet at the top. There is a 14 x 11mm perforation through the front and back near the top of the weight. The front and rear faces also taper more sharply at the bottom.

An incomplete copper-alloy Post-Medieval (1600-1700) rowel spur, missing the rowel and three of the four attachments. It consists of a rowel box, a neck, two arms and an attached buckle-plate. One arm has been bent slightly out of shape. Overall it measures c.87.10mm in length, c.48.80mm in width and c.10.20mm in width. It weighs 26.67g.
The rowel box is split in half to fit the rowel and has a perpendicular perforation through it for an iron rivet to hold the rowel in place (traces of the iron still remain). The end of the rowel box is 11.45mm wide and 5.85mm thick. The neck has…

A copper alloy terminal from a combination pipe tamper and corkscrew (c.1600-c.1900). The object measures 29.13mm long and weighs 9.11g. At one end of the object is a ram's head, with horns that have been bent out of shape. At the opposite end, the object terminates with a short cylindrical section which may have a screw thread on the surface. There is iron corrosion at the very end. The middle section is broadly cylindrical, swelling and then narrowing twice between the two ends.

A Post-Medieval (1500-1700) incomplete cast copper-alloy saddle pommel, consisting of one half only. It would originally have had a matching element in mirror-image, the two of which were probably soldered together.
The surviving half is an inverted U-shape in plan, with a section cut off diagonally with an attachment wing below and a small knop at the top. It is convex, open semicircular in cross-section and has a low ridge around the edge which would have met the matching element.
