An incomplete heavily patinated flint possible spear point/head of Neolithic date. It is missing the tip. It is leaf-shaped, bifacially worked with moderate edge damage. There are parallel scars on the dorsal face and a prominent bulb on the ventral face. The proximal end is thick and the overall size of the flint appears too large to be an arrow head. This possible spear measures 44.49mm in length, 25.81mm in width, 8.43mm in thickness, 8.06g in weight. There is a similar example recorded on the PAS database (SF-992EB6).
