A struck flint blade dating to the Mesolithic Period (c.10,000-4000 BC). There are two flake removal scars on the dorsal face. The flint has a white patination covering 80% of its dorsal face and at least 90% of its ventral face. The dark grey/black original colour shows is revealed by more recent damage. There are small patches of iron staining on both faces.
