An incomplete copper alloy Roman spoon dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. It is an example of Crummy's Type 3 'Spoon with Mandolin Shaped Bowl'. The bowl is slightly dished in the centre. It tapers towards the top and then widens into two points. It terminates in an old break at the junction between the bowl and the stem. There is a notch between the two points which retains traces of corroded copper alloy. The notch indicates that the bowl may derive from a folding spoon. There are traces of white metal coating visible on the back of the object.

One of the rim sherds is flanged, the other is beaded. The sherds are heavily abraded, with little or no slip remaining. The fabric is hard, with a slightly laminar texture. An assemblage of nine sherds of Roman Somerset greyware vessels dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The assemblage consists of two rim sherds, six body sherds and one base sherd. Both of the rim sherds are everted. The assemblage appears to consist of at least two fabric sub-types: A light-mid grey fabric, many pieces exhibiting a light grey core. It has a sandy texture and exhibits frequent white and translucent mica inclusions. A number of body sherds from this fabric exhibit bands of grey painted decoration. An assemblage of six sherds of Roman Severn Valley ware vessels dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The assemblage consists of four rim sherds and two body sherds. All of the rim sherds are everted. The fabric is fine textured and is reddish-orange in colour with a reduced gey core. The fabric is slightly micaceous with sand, grog and clay pellets and a little iron ore visible. The outer face of one of the body sherds is incised with two parallel grooves.

An assemblage of five sherds of Roman Black Burnished ware vessels dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The assemblage consists of two rim sherd, two body sherds and one base sherd. The fabric is probably a variant of Balck Burnished ware (possibly the South Western type identified by Rachel Seagar-Smith at Greyhound Yard, Dorchester as fabric 1B). One of the rims sherds has a wide, flat flange, the other is everted. The everted rim has been burnished on the exterior surface. Both of the body sherds exhibit traces of an incised lattice pattern.

An incomplete ceramic Samian ware vessel dating to the period c. AD 120 - 200. The fabric is highly fired and has conchoidal fractures along one break line. The fabric is pinkish-red in colour with frequent white flecks and occasional mica inclusions. It is coated in a dark red wax-like slip. The vessel is most likely to derive from the South Gaul La Graufesenque workshops. The sherd has a flat base and has a curved wall with a beaded lip. The footring is missing. It belongs to class 18/31 or 18/31R.

An incomplete copper alloy Roman finger ring dating to the period c. AD 43 - 410. The finger ring exhibits a transverse break across the bezel, which would have originally been oval in shape. The bezel consists of a recess to hold a gem or stone, now missing. Traces of a white substance, possibly an adhesive are visible at the bottom of the recess. The recess is encircled by a raised reserve collar which tapers into a relief triangle which tapers down the shoulder. A lead vessel repair of probable Roman date (c. AD 43 - 410). The repair consists of an oblong piece of lead connected to a smaller, oval piece of lead by two cylindrical joins, one at either end. There is no trace of ceramic visible. Although this example is likely to date from the Roman period, vessel repairs of this type were used from the Roman period to the nineteenth century.
The repair measures 24.87mm in length, 5.44mm maxmimum width, 4.94mm minimum width, is 10.43mm thick and weighs 3.88g.

An incomplete Roman lozenge-shaped plate brooch dating to the period c. AD 100 - 200. The pin is missing. The brooch measures 36.44mm in length, 25.26mm maximum width, 5.07mm minimum width, is 9.32mm thick and weighs 5.84g.
The brooch consists of a lozenge-shaped plate with a circular reserve in the centre, which retains traces of degraded enamel of uncertain original colour. An incomplete copper alloy plate-headed, large south-western T-shaped, Hull T140 brooch dating to the period c. AD 70 - 150. The pin is missing. The brooch measures 62.98mm in length, 26.53mm maximum width, 6.11mm minimum width, is 18.39mm thick and weighs 16.63g.
The brooch has an oval plate head with two stubs at the top indicating the position of the broken loop. On the back of the plate are two pierced D-shape lugs for the missing hinged pin mechanism.
