An extremely worn hammered silver coin, probably of Continental origins and Post Medieval date. Traces of a left facing bust remain on the obverse as well as the letters 'NA' towards the end of the obverse legend. It is possible a further 'D' remains at the 12 o'clock position. The reverse has been flattened considerably but seems to depict a cross with possible fourchee ends. The quadrants seem to alternate between a fleur and a crown, suggesting that this coin is French in origin. Legends illegible.

The obverse retains a trace of one semi-circular hair curl and the hand and sceptre dividing the legend [hENRICVS R]EX. Reverse depicts a portion of a voided short cross with a quattrefoil in the angle. Reverse legend reads: [...] [O]N. LV[N(D?)]. Too little detail remains to facilitate a full identification.

An extremely worn pierced copper alloy disc of uncertain date. Although no detail remains on either side, this disc is the right size and thickness to have been a Roman As or Dupondius. It is possible to see abrasion lines where the surface has either been cleaned recently or perhaps where the surface detail was smoothed away. The possible coin has been modified; it is pierced with a circular hole on one end, presumably to facilitate suspension as a pendant. An extremely worn and bent silver 'Tealby' (Cross-and-crosslets) penny of Henry II (AD 1154-1189). The obverse is almost entirely illegible, however it is possible to see the beaded decoration of the crowned bust's collar similar to Spink 1337E. The reverse legend is almost completely illegible, however it is possible to see 'ON G/C[...]' which suggests that the mint was Gloucester or perhaps Canterbury or Carlisle. Moneyer unknown. Cf. An extremely worn Medieval voided silver long cross penny of Henry III (AD 1216-1272). Class 3, c. AD 1248-1250. Mint of Norwich; Moneyer: Willem. Although the coin is extremely worn and damaged with a cut running through half of the coin, it is possible to discern details that allow for a positive identification. The obverse legend reads: hENRICV[S] [REX III] and does not seem to depict a scepter with the crowned bust. The 'ENR' are all ligated. The reverse legend reads: WILLEM [ONN] ORW. The coin has suffered post-depositional circumferential losses. Cf. North Vol I, Nos. 986-988.

A cast copper alloy Post Medieval combination lock dating from 1550 to 1650. The lock has a cylindrical case. The cylindrical case is made up five discs originally movable but now corroded onto an axle, between two outer discs. The two outer discs were attached to an arched hasp or shackle which is D-shaped in section and is 15.15 mm high. One of the outer discs and a portion of this hasp are missing. A flint knapped flake of possible Neolithic or Early Bronze Age date, (3500-1500 BC). The flake seems to be missing its platform from an old break at the proximal end and its bulb of percussion, however a few deep ripples are visible on the ventral surface. No signs of retouch remain to suggest that this flake was prepared for a specific use. The flint is of a mottled light to dark grey colour, with a small orange circular surface colouration on the dorsal distal end. It measures 41.06 mm long, 28.61 mm wide, 5.55 mm thick and weighs 8.69 grams.
