An extremely worn copper alloy Roman coin, probably a Sestercius of Hadrian (117-138 AD). Only a faint outline of a laureate bust on the obverse remains; it is possible to see traces of a female standing figure on the reverse. Nothing of either legend remains. For a possible parallel example on the PAS database, cf. BERK-29C8F4.

The reverse seems to depict Jupiter seated left, holding attributes. For two similar examples, cf.: RIC III, p285, No. 916 (c. Dec. 165-Summer 166); p292, No. 988 (c. Dec. 170-Dec. 171) .
