Possibly COS III reverse type, depicting a female figure (possibly Aequitas) standing left holding  scales and cornucopiae, dating to the period AD 138 - AD 161 (Reece Period: 7). Mint of Rome (probably). Diameter: 30.9 mm Thickness: 4.0 mm Weight: 21.19 g Coin is heavily worn. Legends are illegible.
