A worked / knapped flint core rejuvenation flake dating to the early Neolithic period, circa 4000-3500 BC. The core rejuvenation flake is sickle-shaped in plan and irregular in cross section. A small amount of cortex is present indicating that it is from the secondary phase of working of the core. The flint is patinated in an even light grey colour with some lighter specks.
