Lead 'Canterbury) bell' inscribed +C[AM]PAN(a) TH[O]MEA(s) (Thomas' bell), dating to the C14th, and made for pilgrim's visiting the site of Archbishop Thomas (Becket) of Canterbury's martyrdom. The bell has its suspension loop missing and is crushed. It has not been cleaned, so the clanger might still be inside. The diameter of the bell is 16.4mm.

Copper-alloy composite stap end or chape, of sub-rectanular form, with hollow interior where a leather strap would have once fitted. When viewed from the top (rivets at the top) the object has a semi-circular cut in its upper edge, with a linear cut down the centre of the plate directly below. There are copper-alloy rivets in each corner of the upper edge. Its sides are straight and parallel for most of the object, until joining to a shallow triangular point, at which there is a small projecting rectangular terminal. The object is not decorated.

Copper-alloy book-clasp. Sub-lozenge in form, with curved clasp at one end and sub-triangular element at the other; the latter has a central rivet hole. The object has sub-rectangular winged elements (on either side) just above the clasp and where the sub-rectangular element begins. The object is decorated with stamped dots on its external side.
