The obverse type does appear to be fully draped, which is not recorded in RIC. Bernard Woytek, author of Moneta Imperii 14: Die Reichspragung des Kaisers Traianus (98-117) (Vienna, 2010) has rightly noted that the reverse is very worn and the identification has to remain tentative.
