A cast copper-alloy buckle frame fragment. Decoration consists of two cast parallel lines running the full length of the bar with multiple incised oblique grooves on the outer edge. there is also a centrally placed pin groove. Whitehead has this type of decoration on this type of buckle as late 15th to 16th century.

A cast post-medieval copper-alloy rectangular double looped buckle. The face of the buckle is steeply beveled,the bevel having a slight concave profile.The surface of the buckle both front and back has been tinned or lacquered, most of which remains intact. A doubled over copper-alloy strap plate 34 mm x 13mm is attached to the buckles central pin bar, the pin groove in the plate has accrued corrosion material which could possibly be the remains of an iron pin. A complete copper-alloy hooked clothing tag dating from the post-medieval period, i.e. c AD1500-1700. The round main body of the tag is decorated with a human bearded head which is surrounded by a beaded border with three protruding pellets at each side.The fixing loop is rounded in shape rather that trapizodal as in most examples seen by the recorder. A complete copper-alloy button from the mid to late 17th century. It has a flat circular body . Decoration consists of a central concave dot surrounded by two circular incised rings. The rectangular shank is comparatively large and thick with a hole centrally drilled. The reverse of the body retains the casting line.
