An incomplete, lead alloy (pewter?), fixture or fitting of unidentified purpose, of probable Post Medieval date, AD 1700 - 1900. It is an annular frame which is rectangular in section, taller than it is wide. An incomplete thin strut cast flush with one face of the frame survives and when complete would have divided the frame in half. In section it is a flattened hexagon, smooth on one face, and covered with irregular depressions and bobbles on the other face. The ingot has a smooth and shiny dark grey green patina. A complete Post Medieval cast bi-face lead token, dating from AD 1550-1800. One side of the token has a possible letter J, the other side is quartered with a single pellet in each quarter. The designs are cast in relief. The token is an overall light grey colour with traces of concretion around some of the raised details. It has a domed front surface and a flat reverse, in the centre of which is the stub of an integral attachment loop now mostly missing, and a casting seam. The reverse is hollow, with a lump in the middle in which are two circular holes where a wire attachment loop is now missing. It is 26.2mm in diameter and 8.2mm thick. The whistle has a knop at the closed end, pierced for attachment to a string. There is a long-neck of circular section, with a projecting collar near the oval rounded knop.
