An unidentified worn silver coin of unknown Monarch, probably dating from AD 1695 - 1787, which has been folded into an S shape and squashed flat, perhaps for use as a love token. The coin is badly worn with no visible identification , and it has been folded in thirds, but a milled edge is visible around the flan suggesting a date from AD 1561 onwards. The diameter is consistent with sixpences of William III - George III. It is 20.3mm long, 9.9mm wide and 2.3mm thick as bent. It weighs 2g. An incomplete, post-Medieval to Modern silver coin: probably a cast copy, contemporary or otherwise, of a sixpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558 - 1603), issue and date unknown. The obverse is in very poor condition. The reverse shows a square topped royal shield. The coin is thicker than most hammered coins, and the surface is pitted and has extra metal on the obverse. It 25.1mm in diameter and 1.2mm thick. It weighs 3.2g. About quarter of the coin is missing.

An incomplete silver coin, probably a sixpence of Elizabeth I (AD 1558 - 1603). The exact date and issue are unidentifiable owing to the damage. Part of the coin is missing and the edges are ragged. The coin is also worn, and pierced at 8 o'clock on the reverse, the hole punched from the reverse. See North (1991) number 1997 on page 134 or 2015 on page 137. It is 21.6mm long, 17.9mm wide and 0.7mm thick. it weighs 0.83gm.
