Roman coin: copper-alloy nummus of Constantine II dating to the period AD 322 -323 (Reece Period 16). Struck on a slightly oval flan 19.36mm x 17.19mm in diameter, 1.57mm thick and 2.13g in weight. Obverse legend: CONSTANTINVS IVN NOB C. Reverse legend: BEATA TRANQILLITAS, reverse type depicting an altar with a globe on top. Trier mint. RIC Vol. VII, p. 198, No. 385. There is a slight crack, 4.5mm in length, radiating inwards at the 10 o'clock possition when looking at the obverse. It has an overall dark green patina with patches of brown.
