A copper alloy incomplete Post Medieval Jetton of Hans Krauwinkel II (AD 1586-1635). Rose and orb type, reading: GOTES SEGEN [MACHT REICH] - God’s blessing maketh rich (from Proverbs 10, 22). Struck in Nuremberg. About half the jetton is missing owing to a jagged break  Compare Mitchiner (1988) No 1553 onwards. It is 19.6mm diameter, 0.7mm thick and 0.3g.

A complete post-medieval copper alloy strap mount dating from AD 1500 - 1700. It is sub-triangular, moulded into a possible lotus design with a flat back and convex front. There are two integral pointed mounting spikes on the reverse, both bent over to grip the leather. It is 16.8mm long, 14.7mm wide and 5.7mm thick. 1.8g. Compare fig 5 in Maslin (2021) Finds Research Group datasheet 55 where a similarly shaped mount is described as a lotus used as a heraldic motif.

An incomplete, cast, copper-alloy buckle (or brooch) pin of medieval date, about AD 1250-1400. The pin has an incompletel loop at one end, and has become detached from a buckle or possibly a brooch. The pin is rectangular in form and cross-section. It narrows slightly throughout its length from the loop towards the tip. The pin is moulded at the junction of loop and shaft with a simple raised collar. Measurements are; length 25.5mm long, 3.1mm wide and 7.2mm thick. 1.1g. Similar buckle pins with slight variations in the raised moulding were found in archaeological excavations in Londo…

The lower part of a leg from a copper alloy cooking vessel, probably of Medieval or early Post-Medieval date, about AD 1100 - 1700. The upper part of the surviving leg is sub-triangular in section with a rounded ridge running down the front. The base of the leg terminates in a large foot resembling the paw of an animal with three rounded toes.The base of the leg is flat and semi-circular with a concave back. The remaining portion is 42.3mm long, 33.7mm wide and 22.3mm thick. 89.7g. The top is a patinated break. The leg does not closely match any of the examples…
