Silver-gilt badge in the form of a recessed roundel with two concentric circles forming a deep frame, the edges of which are dentillated. The centre of the badge is engraved with a crowned 'I' between two Tudor roses on a hatched background. The reverse of the badge is soldered with a strip of metal which has been broken off at the point where it doubles back forming a looped pin. The relatively small size of the badge and the shape of the pin suggest its function as a hat-badge.

Post-Medieval silver bodkin (incomplete). The bodkin is rectangular in cross section and tapers to a point at one terminal. The other terminal is missing, broken off at a point in the shaft which appears to be an aperture. Below the break, on either of the two wider faces, the shaft is decorated with an engraved eight-petalled flower with transverse bars above and below. Below the lower bars (again, on both faces) are a series of four roughly engraved lines of varying lengths, paralleling the direction of the shaft. There is no other decoration.

Cast gold plate terminal, mount or fitting probably originating from from a larger object. The object is broadly trapezoidal in plan with rounded edges, consisting a decorated front plate that overhangs a rectangular box-like fitting attached to the back of the object. To this in turn is soldered the remains of a thin gold strip, possibly reflecting some sort of hoop or broken suspension loop. Incomplete, gold finger ring dated to the 1st century AD. Rectangular-sectioned, slender ovoid hoop now slightly distorted. Faceted shoulders with much of lower hoop missing. Broad, flat rectangular bezel with simply incised stylised palm-branch motif with single saltire formed from the lower fronds on either side of median line. The palm-branch symbol was a ubiquitous symbol of victory believed to offer protection against malign forces and help a deceased` wearer reach the afterlife (Jackson 2009).

A late medieval or early post-medieval silver signet ring, with a circular bezel engraved with a Lombardic letter E. The bezel is engraved with sprigs above and below, and to the right of, the initial, all within a border of punched pellets. The hoop is of D-section, with rounded raised edges to the hoop which extend from each shoulder. A small piece of the edge of the hoop is missing towards the back.
The ring probably dates to the 15th or 16th century.

Circumstances of Discovery: Unclear. The torc was discovered somewhere near Diss, Norfolk in 1942. The finder is now deceased so it is now impossible to locate the exact find spot or the landowner. The torc remained in a bank vault until the present owner had it valued. The dealer recognised that the artefact may be ancient and reported it to the British Museum.

A Roman silver finger-ring of Henig Type XI with TOT inscribed. Circular hoop, rectangular in section, convex shoulders. Flat, rectangular bezel incised with an outer linear border enclosing a single line of slightly curving stamps. At the centre of the panel 'TOT' is inscribed from small line and dot punches respectively with the 'O' unusually formed from circular stamps and a central circular stamp. At the shoulders a triangular motif consists of incised cross-hatched lines.

An almost complete Roman 1st-3rd century silver finger-ring. The hoop is D-shaped and tapering with a fracture at the narrowed lower hoop with possible scarf joint. Rounded shoulders, flat, oval bezel which is decorated with a simply incised with a stylized palm-branch motif, with a saltire above and below. Dull brown-black over silver.

Silver-gilt pin head: a spherical object of gilded silver. A plain band runs around the equatorial circumference of the pin head, dividing it into two equal sized hemispheres. A Post-Medieval gold posy ring. The ring is circular in plan and D-shaped in section. The rounded exterior face is plain, and the interior is iscribed in lower case script Feare god and loue mee. A complete but distorted gold finger ring set with a carnelian in an oval bezel. The hoop is 1.2mm wide and ovoid in section, widening to flat triangular terminals where it is joined to the bezel. This join is strengthened by a strip of gold wrapped round the ends of the hoops. The back of the bezel is an applied flat plate, with a central circular pierced hole. A Roman silver small keeled finger-ring with narrow D-shaped hoop. The simply-engraved triangular shoulders have damaged notched edges and frame a flat circular bezel, which is neatly engraved with the letters ToT. Rings with this inscription on their bezel are distinctive to Roman Britain and have been found in some numbers in Lincolnshire. The inscription is regarded as an abbreviation of the name of the Celtic god Toutatis (or Totatis), who was often identified with the Roman god Mars.
