Description: An enamelled gold pendant of four parts (obverse, reverse, two removable pins), link, suspension link in the form of a hand (with pin) and chain. The assemblage, as submitted for investigation, numbers eight pieces. The link was purportedly broken in the process of removing the assemblage from the ground and is presently stored separately. A complete gold and rock crystal finger ring, of Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD1700). The finger ring has a distorted hoop of 'D-shaped' section, widening from the back to the bezel. Each shoulder is decorated by three longitudinal V shaped grooves, the outer ones bend inwards just above a short horizontal groove. A short longitudinal groove is present just below this line. An incomplete plated gold stater of the North Eastern Region / Corieltavi, dating to the period AD 15-40, 'Aunt Cost Left' type. Obverse: Wreath crossed by bar with crescent at each end, ring of pellets in each crescent? Reverse: Lunatehorse left, pellet at centre of body, [AVN] above, T CO[ST] (retrograde) below. As BMC p. 180, nos. 3259-3260; cf. ABC no. 1929. The coin has a copper-alloy core with the remains of plated gold surfaces. It has a diameter of 18.0 mm and is 2.8 mm thick. It weighs 2.9 g.

An incomplete strip of decorated gold, of probable Bronze Age dating (c. 2150 BC to c. 1150 BC). The strip of gold is sub rectangular in plan, and is folded horizontally (width ways) in half twice, forming a squashed 'S' shape. The strip has been decorated with a series of embossed ridges along its length. The strip has been severed at one end, with a ragged edge. An incomplete gold dental plate, of late Post-Medieval to modern dating. The plate was designed to fit the lower jaw. The plate has one straight edge and one ridged which would fit between remaining teeth. A flattened panel is present onto which the false teeth would have been fitted. One semi-circular loop is present. This would have secured the dental plate around existing teeth, presumably in this case around the lower second molar.
