A complete lead alloy unifaced token, of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1800). The token is sub circular in shape. The obverse depicts a raised long cross, with outward facing semi circles in each quarter (Powell type 14). The reverse is plain and undecorated. A rectangular piercing is present, located just off the centre, at 5 o'clock on the obverse. The token has a diameter of 23.5 mm, and is 2.8 mm thick. It weighs 7.6 g. The upper face (obverse) exhibits a series of irregularly spaced radiating lines from a central pellet. There are seven (7) spokes in total. A single pellet is present between two of the radiating spokes. The lower face (reverse) is plain and undecorated. The token has been bent slightly, so it no longer lies flat.
