An incomplete, copper alloy, single-looped buckle dating to the period AD 1250-AD 1400.  Less than 25% of the buckle is present, consisting only of the outer edge. The sheet roller is still in situ. The buckle has a dark brown coloured patina. A parallel to this buckle is illustrated in Whitehead (2003) page 22, No. 86.
