An incomplete copper alloy and iron terminal, probably from a knife, probably of Post Medieval dating (AD 1500 to AD 1800). The copper alloy part consists of two sub rectangular sheets of metal on either side of an iron tang, held together by one circular sectioned copper alloy rivet. No decoration is present on either sheet of copper alloy metal. Due to corrosion products on the iron tang, it is hard to determine the original shape, but it probably had a square terminal. An incomplete struck / knapped flint knife, made from tertiary debitage, of Mesolithic dating (9, 000 BC to 4, 000 BC). The bladelet is sub triangular in shape, with a triangular cross section. A bulb of percussion and conchoidal ripples are present on the ventral surface. Retouch is present on the end and point and can be classified as short, parallel, low angle. It measures 30.3 mm in length, 16.8 mm wide and 3.4 mm thick. It weighs 1.8 g. The bladelet is a light grey colour, with a small amount of surface patination present.

A complete copper alloy end cap from a scale tang knife, of Medieval to Post Medieval dating (13th to 17th Centuries AD). The end cap consists of a debased fleur de lys or lis design. The lower end of the end cap has a slot, currently containing the remains of the scale tang from the original knife. The end cap is a dark brown colour, with an uneven surface patina. A loss of surface detail has resulted from damage caused by movement whilst within the plough soil. The end cap measures 15.7 mm in length, 13.8 mm wide and 9.5 mm thick. It weighs 10.3 grams. A complete cast copper alloy hilt / shoulder plate from a whittle tang knife, of Medieval dating (12th to 15th Centuries AD). The hilt plate is sub rectangular in plan, with one square end and one curved. A rectangular central perforation (hole) is present, this is for the tang of the knife to extend through. The front of the hilt plate have been decorated with a series of diagonal V shaped grooves, extending away from the central hole. Diagonal grooves are present along the long edges of the plate.
