Modern: An folded silver foil from a walking stick cane. Hallmarks consist of an Anchor (Birmingham), Lion (standard mark), and date mark 'b' in rounded square surround. These are consistent with a date of 1901. Two other marks are present, either belonging to the maker or the owner of the artefact. These marks are a lozenge surround, with the letter H over the letters HB. Below the lozenge are the initials L B.

Bronze Age: An incomplete cast copper alloy fragment of a socketed Axe, of Bronze Age dating (1200 - 800 BC).
The fragment consists of a much abraded blade tip. The cutting edge is heavily worn. The blade edges are crescentic and heavily worn. The base of the socket is present, and positioned centrally. It has a V shaped groove, measuring 29.8mm in length, 6.2mm wide and 6.5mm deep. A fragment of the original surface is still present.

There is an oval hole present on the reverse, and the end caps are broken. A single recess is present across the wings. On both sides a moulding is present at the junction between the bow and the wings. It has a mid brown patina, with green corrosion present.

The left wing has been broken. It has a triangular cross section. The pin was lost, but previously attached by a hinge method. The spring cover was drilled and rolled. Decoration is present down the spine of the brooch, consisting of annulets. The brooch exhibits a heavy degree of wear.

A cast copper alloy object of unknown date and function.
It is rectangular in plan, and section. The upper surface exhibits a central V shaped groove down the length of the object. A central solitary projection (2.86mm wide, 4.08mm tall) is present next to the edge of the groove. The lower surface is undulating and uneven. Pitting is present. It does not appear to have been cast into a mould.
It is a dark green colour, with an even surface patina. Along the edges, patches are present where the bare metal is visible. This could be the result of over-handling or enthusastic …
