A complete Medieval cast copper alloy figurative mount (1350-1500 AD). The anthropomorphic mount is in the shape of a human head wearing a coronet. The head has a D-shaped section with a flat back. The figure wears a coronet with two prongs either side of a taller, trefoil projection. Beneath the coronet is a recessed band with a central pellet; possibly representing the ermine band or similar. An incomplete Roman cast copper alloy Colchester-derivative (Dolphin-type) hinged brooch (1st century AD). The wings of the brooch have broken off, leaving a truncated head with a central notch to accommodate the hinged pin. The pin is now missing, but the bar of the hinge is still visible at each outer side of the head. At the shoulders of the brooch, the bow has a prominent raised central ridge and the bow radiates across the shoulders.
