A complete copper-alloy medieval seal matrix. The matrix is disc-shaped with a seam running across the centre of the reverse from which a suspension loop develops to one side (now almost entirely missing). The outer face (die) is decorated with the central engraved design of a male and female head facing each other kissing and an outer engraved inscription, which is now too worn and damaged to be ready clearly. A fragment of a middle Bronze Age side-looped spearhead. Only the socket survives. This is circular in cross-section, hollow and expands slightly towards its outer end. To either side of the inner end there is a small attachment loop, which would have allowed it to be secured to the shaft. The surface of the metal is heavily corroded with a silvery coating visible in places.  Spearheads with side loops date generally to the Acton Park and Taunton phases of the middle Bronze Age, c.1550-c.1250 BC (Davis 2017). A copper-alloy post-medieval zoomorphic knife end cap or terminal. Shaped like a small three-dimensional animal's head with a circular indentation to either side creating eyes and a short upturned beak-like snout.
