A twisted wire copper alloy brooch of modern date. The brooch survives as a ring made of four circular cross sectioned bands of copper alloy that have been twisted together. The item has been heavily cleaned so it is difficult to date from patina; no parallels have yet been found. The item is 26.1mm in diameter, 6.1mm thick and weighs 12.17 grams.

A modern gold plated wire ring Description: This object is a ring of approximately finger-ring size. It is constructed from coiled lengths of very fine, twisted wire. Five strands have been loosely coiled around themselves and curved into a ring. The overall appearance is quite loose and untidy. Each strand is composed of four very fine wires. A copper alloy two peice button of probable modern date. C. 1800-1900. The button is an irregular circle in plan with scalloped edges it has moulded design of an insect sitting on a leaf. A cast silver finger ring, circular hoop with incised cross decoration and two opposing snake heads on the bezel. Discussion: although snake head rings are known in the Roman period, this particular ring is modern and probably made in the last 200 years. Conclusion: although this object is composed of more than 10% precious metal it is not more than 300 years old and so does not qualify as treasure as stipulated in the Treasure Act 1996.

A lead alloy Post Medieval seal, probably a bag seal c. AD 1850-1950. The seal forms a disc, with an uneven lower portion and a circular upper disc. Both sides have a legend in capital leters running around the outside edge, not mostly illgeible. On one side the letters ARK[...]ISA can be read while the other side is illegible. The seal is 19.7mm in diameter, 5.4mm thick and weighs 12.12 grams.

A Modern coin silver coin pendant made from a 2½ Netherlands Indies gulden of Wilhelmina of Holand c. 1943. The coin has been modified by cutting around the queens head creating a profile and an open work space between the profile and rim of the coin. A silver wirework attachment loop has been soldered to the top edge. This coin was in circulation in the Dutch East Indies and Suriname. It is suggested that it could have been modifed as a souvenir.

A fragment of a Modern copper buckle of c. AD 1720-1790 date. The fragment is from a rectangular buckle with moulded foilate decoration on the fron surface in addition to openwork. The reverse is undecorated. The frame has been drilled for a separate spindle. The fragment is 29.5mm long, 12.1mm wide, 2.2mm thick and weighs 3.33 grams.

An incomplete silver button of Post Medieval or Modern date. The button is a sheet metal dome shape which is dented and has been bent out its circular shape. There is a small circular attachment loop at its apex which has been partially broken away by an old break. There are eight damaged moulded tabs fitted around the rim which would have been used to secure a setting. A Modern copper alloy plate of 20th Century date. The plate is trapezoidal in plan with a semi-circular banner below . There was once a legend on the banner but this is now illegible. There are three unclear animal heads arranged in relief on the surface of the plate. There are traces of gilding on the faces and the surrounding raised border. The plate is 47.6mm long, 37mm wide, 8.4mm thick and weighs 32.4 grams.

The plate is inscribed with the following legend: BOM R R.NEWAN 1660787 BATT KRGAT SHEERNESS It is thought that the plate is of military origin from the Early 20th Century. The plate is sub-rectangular in plan with four drilled holes spaced in the center. It is 66.8mm long, 43.9mm wide, 2.0mm wide and weighs 36.18 grams. An incomplete cast lead toy pistol of modern date. The object is the grip or butt of the gun which is sub-trapezoidal and curved in plan with an ovate section. Both sides of the object are decorated with raised ovate mouldings creating and undulating surface which follow the curve of the grip. The mouldings are also decorated with transverse incised lines.
