The terminals were pointed with a flange before a recess to secure the missing frame. The bars are of sub-rectangular section with attachment plates beneath. Early Medieval copper alloy D-shaped buckle of 11th century date The buckle is incomplete, and is represented by a little over half of the outside edge of the buckle frame, and has a surviving length of 26.94mm and a surviving width of 33.45mm. The buckle frame is convex, giving the frame a surviving depth of 10.3mm, while the frame has a thickness of 4.45mm and weighs 10.5g. Medieval annular brooch frame, probably of 13th or 14th century date The frame is complete although the surface has been lost. The frame is circular with a diameter of 16.6mm (internal diameter of 11.6mm), a thickness of 1.5mm and weighs 0.7g. The rear of the frame is bevelled and plain. The pin restriction has a width of 2.1mm and the bar has a diameter of 1.7mm. The opposite side of the frame has no notch for the pin.
