Cast copper alloy Roman strap fitting, dating to the 1st-2nd centuries AD. Consisting of two solid domes sat on a rectangular plate. The domes have slight hollows on the base. There is a rectangular strap on the reverse which is narrower than the plate. It is similar in style to the button and loop fasteners.

Copper alloy early type of Roman bow brooch called a Nauheim derivative dating to the first century AD. Only the bow remains, the pin and spring have broken away. It would have been a one piece brooch (the spring and pin being made from the same piece as the bow). The top of the bow has broken where it would have led into the spring. Cast copper alloy Medieval harness mount with an eagle pendant. The hanger is the shape of an upside down Y- the pendant hanging between the two arms. It is attached by a loop around an axis bar which is fixed between the two arms. The hanger has a stud on the reverse.which is 7.5mm long. Just above where the hanger splits into two arms there is a line of vertical grooves as decoration. Bronze palstave axe from the Arreton or Acton Park phases dating to c.1700-1400 BC It is mostly complete although the end of the butt is missing. The flanges are very low and one side is alomost completely lost. The septum is flat and leads to quite a deep stop. Below the stop the upper part of the blade has a central ridge on both sides. The blade appears complete with a widening towards the end. The patina is uneven with patches of brown and green in an irregular pattern.

Cast copper alloy Early Medieval harness fitting. It is in three pieces but when complete is a cross-shape. Two of the arms have broken off, the ends remain but some of the middle section is missing. The estimated measurement when complete is 42mm. The main piece measures 29.29mm by 29.03mm in its present state. In the centre of the cross is a raised hollow dome which is 5.99mm high. Each arm ends in a trilobe shape, the central lobe having a rivet in the middle.

Copper alloy Roman bow brooch, a T-shaped variant dating to the second century AD. The brooch is mostly complete although the pin is missing and the catchplate has broken. It is a hinged type. The wings are short and cylindrical. There may have been a headloop on the top of the head but only a short rectangular protrusion now remains. An incomplete copper alloy spoon dating to the first or second centuries AD. It has a large circular bowl. There is a triangular ridge on the underside of the bowl which extends to form the stem. The stem is circular in section and possesses a beaded moulding about half way along its length. The stem is broken. This spoon can be classified as a Crummy Type 1 spoon (Crummy 1983, p. 70).

Bronze axe dating from c.1900- 1600 BC. It is from the Aylesford/Willerby periods and is an erly form of the palstave type. The axe is mostly complete. It has just small plain flanges. At its widest point the blade measures 45mm. It is not complete as its edges are rounded and worn. It has a drak beown patina and is mostly smooth although there are some patches of small dints at the butt and blade ends.
