Copper-alloy Roman oval plate brooch with a large carnelian intaglio inset, probably 3rd century. The intaglio is slightly convex and the gem has a length of 24.25mm. The intaglio depictis Hercules being offered a wreath by Victory. It is deeply cut and very detailed. Hercules stands fully to the front and is nude apart from the nebris over his left arm and the crown-type head wear. He is resting his right hand on a club. Cast copper alloy dolphin bow brooch dating from c. 75-175 AD. It is complete, with the only damage being a slightly bent pin. The wings are cylindrical, holding the axis bar with a central slot for the hinged pin. The bow has a triangular cross section with the point being the centre of the front. The bow is plain and narrows to a point at the foot. The catchplate is complete.

Cast copper alloy Roman nail cleaner with an exuberantly decorated neck. Mostly complete, the lower end is broken leaving just one of the two points. It has a circular loop on the smae plane as the shaft. Between the loop and shaft is a cylindrical collar with grooved lines at the top and bottom and diagonal lines as decoration. Below the collar is a bulbous section which is not symmetrical. The shaft then narrows to a rectangular shape. From about half way down there is a central linear groove leading to the terminal. Cast copper alloy Roman dolphin brooch, dating to c. 75-175 AD. It is mostly complete with just the pin and some of the catchplate missing. The wings are cylindrical and hold the axis bar for the pin. They are decorated on the front with a symmetrical pattern of grooved lines; 2 vertical lines on each side of the head and then 2 diagonal lines next to that. Cast copper alloy disc and fantail brooch dating from c.75- 175 AD. It has been silvered/tinned on the surface, some of which remains on the wings and head. The wings are rectangular with a cylindrical covering on the reverse to hold the axis bar. The pin is missing. The upper bow is triangular in plan, the widest part meeting the central circular disc. Copper alloy buckle plate from the Medieval period. It is a sheet plate, only the front half. It would have been a folded sheet but has broken so the back is missing. At one end are two circular rivets, one in each corner. The other end is recessed in the middle for the pin to fit. The front has a pressed decoration, possibly meant to represent a bird such as a peacock with a long tail. The head is circular and leads to a narrow neck. The body is oval shaped and then the tail is formed from a spiral.

Cast copper alloy dress hook (hooked tag) from the Post Medieval period. At the top is the semi-circular attachment loop. Below is the main body which is a sub-circular shape. On the front it is decorated with a moulded floral design consisting of a central flower. The main body narrows towards the hook which protrudes from the base. Just above the start of the hook is a widening which appears to be a floral motif, possibly a 3-petalled flower but it is slightly worn. The hook curves back behind the tag.

Cast copper alloy Post Medieval belt mount. It is a decorative mount with two studs on the reverse, both of which have now been bent. In plan it is sub-triangular with moulded decoration on the front. The upper edge is scalloped, the lower end has a pointed terminal. The decoration on the front consists of a beaded border with a pattern inside this. It is unclear exactly what the decoration is.
