Cast copper alloy ring, incised lines decorating one face. The ring has a sqaure-ish cross section with both faces being flat. It is not a finger ring. This type of ring is hard to date as it is a very simple design which has been used for a long time. Due to the patina of the ring (an even dark green) it is most likely to be Late-Medieval in date.
