Copper alloy Georgian fob seal.
The seal appears to be made from pewter or a similar metal, it is on a hinge at the base of the handle and can still swing. The handle curves up to meet at the top where there is a circular loop, set perpendicular to the seal. There is a design on both faces of the seal. One has a male bust facing right. It is not representing a specific person. The other side appears to be a coat of arms or something similar
