Cast copper alloy Chalcolithic flat axe, Type Growton/Milton Moss, dating to c.2500- 2300 BC. It is broken into two pieces, this break seems to have broken in antiquity, possibly it was purposeful. The break is almost half way along the axe and there is a small piece missing on one edge which is visible when the pieces are put together. The axe is very thin, and its thickness does not vary much along its length. The blade edge is rounded, as is the butt end. It has an brown coloured patina with an uneven surface due to corrosion. Flint scraper, probably Neolithic- Bronze Age in date, c.3500- 800 BC. It is made from a light grey flint with some white inclusions. A very small piece of cortext remains on the base of one edge. In plan it is sub-tear drop in shape, with a rounded base and a pointed tip. Neolithic- Bronze Age flint scraper, c. 3500 BC - 800 BC. It is made from a pebble flint, and one face still has the cream coloured cortext remaining. In plan it is almost triangular, with a widened round end, narrowing towards a slightly pointed end. The bulb of percussion is at the narrowest end, with some conchoidal ripples visible. There is a large chip at the wider end which is due to plough damage. It is made from an orange/toffee coloured flint. Some re-touching is visible on all edge but it is not clear exactly what the objects purpose was.

Flint flake of Neolithic- Bronze Age date. It is sub-rectangular in plan with rounded edges. In cross section it is D-shaped. The flint is mainly grey but has irregular sized patches of darker grey and white/yellow. There are three main flakes which have been taken off the upper face with a flat top and sloping sides. It is possible that there is retouch along the narrow end but it is faint.

Three flint tools/flakes. Left- A light brown/orange material. It is possibly a late Neolithic tranchet arrowhead. Sub-triangular in plan with the two upper sides being slightly concave and a median ridge on each point from the centre. Middle- Grey material which fades from a dark to a light shade from top to bottom. Irregular in plan with one curved edge. Possibly a late Neolithic- Early Bronze Age scraper. Right- Light grey material. This is most likely debitage but could have been re-used to form a scraper. It is difficult to see the detail from the image

Flint implement, probably Neolithic to Bronze Age in date. The flint is a grey colour with small white and black patches. There are also some patches of the cortex remaining. It is a large core which has had flakes taken off all over, one end has been worked in particular. This end has a sub-rectangular extension with a rounded end and has been worked on all edges. This extension could be used as a tool, perhaps a borer or something similar.

Both long sides have been worked with small pieces having been chipped off. The base of the arrowhead has been worked to start to form the shaft but it is not complete. The flint is a light grey with large white patches.

The right hand long edge (when viewed in the photograph) has been retouched and so this appears to be the edge meant to be used. It has a notch taken out in the middle.
