Cast lead weight from the Medieval- Post Medieval periods. It is tear-drop shaped and the extended end has a circular cross section. There are some scratches on the surface, probably plough damage. It weighed more than 200g and so my scales could not weigh it. Generic weights such as this are difficult to date precisely when found as stray finds.

On the surface at this wider end there is some green, this appears to be mould from the ground. The outer fabric is grey with an orange inner layer and a dark grey core.

Base fragment from a Post Medieval pot. It is the base and a small part of the body of the vessel. Although it is difficult to see the fabric clearly due to mud, the main colour is orange, it appears to have been highly fired as it has a hard dense fabric.

Two handle fragments from Late Medieval vessels. They are both made from a similar fabric, with orangey outer colour and grey core. One is almsot the full handle, the other is just the top section where it meets the vessel and shows it would have been right at the top as it extends out into the rim. Both have traces of green glaze.
