Cast copper alloy Medieval rotary key handle/bow. Incomplete, bow only. Lozenge shaped bow with four circular holes (diameter c.5mm), one in each corner. The bow terminates in a hollow circular tubular loop (external diameter 14.5mm) set at 90 degrees to the bow. The bow is broken where it would have met the shaft, leaving a broken edge. The knop on the bow presumably had a function. It is possible that it formed another key - it could engage with two prongs. Alternatively it could simply be for suspension. Cast copper alloy Roman key handle Romano-British key handle, flat sectioned open work, solid cast openwork fleur-de-lis projecting from splayed plinth-like base with three transverse ribs. Below the ribs are two rounded bead-like sections which would have led into the key. This is where it has broken. The terminal of the fleur-de-lis section has a rounded knop.

Anglo-Saxon pin, balloon headed in shape, 8-9th century in date. The pin appears complete with the shaft tapering to a point, although it is slightly bent. There is a small raised collar where the shaft meets the head. The head is globular with circles punched in around the edge.

Post Medieval cast copper alloy coin weight. It is circular in plan with writing in relief on both faces. Obverse; S * D/ 13 . 6/ 3 * 11 Reverse- 13/ SHILLING/ _ 6 Around 1760 to 1773, British makers made sets of weights to weigh the Portuguese moidore and 'joe' series of gold coins; the guinea, half and quarter guinea. These sets consisted of 11 coin-weights. This coin-weight is one out of a set like this.

Cast copper alloy and enamel Roman plate brooch, c.150-300 AD. It is circular in plan with slightly broken edges. On the front face is a triskele motif in relief with the field around filled in with blue enamel. The reverse is plain and flat with the remnants of the catchplate and pin mechanism. The pin is missing. Mackreth (2011) Brooches in Late Iron Age and Roman Britain : vol 1, p 156, plate 105, no. 10688.
