Rim fragment of a Medieval pottery vessel, probably a jug. The fabric is cream coloured with an inner core of black. There appear to be some small inclusions of a brown colour. The rim is slightly widened compared to the rest of the vessel, with a square shaped rim. The wall of the vessel is beginning to curve outwards but has broken before it goes far. The handle begins almost immediately after the rim, sticking out at 90 degrees to the vessel wall, but only a small fragment remains before it has broken.

Cast copper alloy spout from a Medieval ewer. Medieval copper alloy ewer spout, dating to the 15th century. It was cast separately from the rest of the vessel and soldered on via a long sloping seam. The spout quickly tapers to become tubular with a moulded dogs head decoration on the spout terminal. The dog has slightly raised mounds for ears, its snout and eyes are represented by a concave depression with a sub-square spout protruding from its open mouth. This is a simple example of a well-known 15th century type; it would originally have been attached to a pedestal-base ewe…

Unidentified object from the Medieval to Post Medieval period, possibly a pot mend which has broken. It consists of a piece of pottery which has been cut down and had a hole pierced through. There is then a piece of lead which has been attached to the pottery like a handle. It could be that this was a pot mend and it has broken away from the vessel leaving only a small fragment of the pottery.

Copper alloy sheet, possibly part of a flattened vessel, most likely Post Medieval in date. It would originally have been circular in plan but around a third is missing, leaving it almost semi-circular. It is not entirely flat, being bent out of shape, but it could have been concave originally. Around the edge are circular rivet holes at even distances from each other. Some of these have rivets still attached, four remain. These have sub-circular heads and solid, circular shafts.

Cast copper alloy spout from a vessel, such as a ewer, Post Medieval in date. It is sub-cylindrical with the inner surface being rounded whilst the outside is slightly angular. It has a slight curve and both ends appear broken. Near to one end there is a small sub-triangular protrusion, this could be casting waste or it could be to do with the spout, it is not clear. The alloy appears to have some lead/pewter in it from the colour and patination.
