Flint blade, Neolithic in date. It is made from a toffee coloured flint, with some darker patches. It is sub-rectangular in plan with irregular edges. The bulb of percussion can be seen on the bottom (as per the photograph). In cross section it is triangular at the lower end with a central ridge running one third of the length. Neolithic- Bronze Age flint scraper, c. 3500 BC - 800 BC. It is made from a pebble flint, and one face still has the cream coloured cortext remaining. In plan it is almost triangular, with a widened round end, narrowing towards a slightly pointed end. The bulb of percussion is at the narrowest end, with some conchoidal ripples visible. There is a large chip at the wider end which is due to plough damage. Flint scraper, probably Neolithic- Bronze Age in date, c.3500- 800 BC. It is made from a light grey flint with some white inclusions. A very small piece of cortext remains on the base of one edge. In plan it is sub-tear drop in shape, with a rounded base and a pointed tip. Flint flake of Neolithic- Bronze Age date. It is sub-rectangular in plan with rounded edges. In cross section it is D-shaped. The flint is mainly grey but has irregular sized patches of darker grey and white/yellow. There are three main flakes which have been taken off the upper face with a flat top and sloping sides. It is possible that there is retouch along the narrow end but it is faint.

Three flint tools/flakes. Left- A light brown/orange material. It is possibly a late Neolithic tranchet arrowhead. Sub-triangular in plan with the two upper sides being slightly concave and a median ridge on each point from the centre. Middle- Grey material which fades from a dark to a light shade from top to bottom. Irregular in plan with one curved edge. Possibly a late Neolithic- Early Bronze Age scraper. Right- Light grey material. This is most likely debitage but could have been re-used to form a scraper. It is difficult to see the detail from the image

Flint scraper dating from the late Neolithic period through to the Bronze Age. It is sub-oval in shape with rounded edges. It has a D-shaped cross, section, the flat reverse has the cortex still in place. The flint is dark brown colour with some patches and flecks of black, light brown and white. Small flint piece, possibly a small blade. It is made from a white flint with a greyish centre. The bulb of percussion is visible at the base. On the upper (dorsal) surface two flake have been taken off down the central line giving a trapezoidal cross section. This is probably a piece in the process of being worked into a tool which did not continue.

Ranging in size from 39.78mm x 10.22mm to 18.41mm x 12.81mm with a group weight of 7.0g. It is difficult to date flint precisely when it has been found out of context as a stray find, so a cautious date has been assigned to these. Three flint flakes/tools, all made from a light grey flint which has some white patches. Left- Sub-triangular in plan, all the corners are rounded. There is some possible retouch along the edges. This is a blade, probably late Mesolithic in date. Middle- Irregular shaped fragment with one rounded edge. This is most likely to be a flake of early Neolithic date. Right- Late Mesolithic blade, the upper end is pointed and has been retouched on both sides of this point. There is a median ridge running the length of the blade.

Barbed and tanged flint arrowhead, dating from the late Neolithic- early Bronze Age, c. 2500- 1500 BC. Flint barbed and tanged arrowhead with one of the two barbs, and possibly the end of the tang having broken off in antiquity. The arrowhead is triangular in plan with a central narrow tang and two barbs, on e of which projects past the base of the tang, in length, the other is broken and is shorter than the tang.
