Cast copper alloy Medieval buckle from c.1250-1400. D-shaped in pla with a single collared knop on the outer edge. The straph bar has a groove where the pin would have sat but this is now missing. There is a casting sprue on either side of the frame at the end near the strap bar.

Cast lead late Medieval trade weight. It is shield shaped in plan. The reverse is flat, the front is raised with a lower border line. The border is decorated with a row of raised dots. The central section has a fleur-de-lis in relief in the bottom half. There could have been decoration above this but there has been some damage and this is now not clear.

Cast copper alloy late Medieval coin weight from Antwerp. It is a type manufactured under Ferdinand and Isabella, 1469-1504. It is square in plan with designs in relief on both faces. It has bevelled edges so the obverse is smaller than the reverse. Obverse- Hand with H on the left and F on the right. Above the F is a 4, there is something above the H but this is not clear. Reverse- Two crowned busts facing each other, representing Ferdinand and Isabella.

Copper alloy composite Medieval strap end. It is made up of two sub-rectangular sheets with a rounded lower terminal ending in a small rounded protrusion. The two sheets are pressed together. It has been bent almost in the middle and this has caused a crack on both sheet. On one side there are four circular holes, presumably meant as decoration, there are three in a diagonal line and the fourth is below this. On the other sheet, at the top is a small circular hole, this was probably for attachment to the strap.

Handle of a Medieval pottery jug, green glaze, c. 1200- 1500. The fabric is a light orange colour on the outside and dark grey on the inside. The outer face of the handle has traces of the light green glaze still remaining. The handle has three moulded grooves running its length. The inner face is broken and appears to be missing the original surface.

Copper alloy Medieval seal matrix. It is complete having a circular base with the seal. The handle is short and squat. It has a pointed lozenge shaped terminal with a central circular hole. Below this is a moulded collar with a wide band in between two thin bads. The seal reads 'S'RADVLPH DE DVNFELD' (Seal of Radulp of Dunfield) around an image of a lamb walking right, looking back over its shoulder with a flag.

Part of a copper-alloy Medieval folding portable candle holder. This is only one piece of the whole. It is the pin with a semi-circular flange. The other strip would have been slotted to fit into this flange. The flange has three slots in it, into which the mechanism can be engaged to fix the candle at different angles. SWYOR-46F560 is a complete example on the database. Only six other examples of folding candleholders have been found on the database including LVPL-ABFE73, LIN-A11301 and NMS-1D35E4 which is the most complete. Examples can also be seen …

Cast copper alloy late Medieval macehead. It consists of a cast, hollow cylinder of copper alloy, with three rows, each of four pyramid-shaped spikes at the top of the mace. Each of the rows is offset 90 degrees from the adjacent row. As is usual for these maceheads, the upper and lower rows are of half-pyramid-shaped spikes, while those on the central row are of full pyramid shape. It has eight lozenge-shaped plates attached onto the front of the hoop. These are decorated with punch decoration, with two designs in an alternate pattern. The pendant's upper surface features moulded heraldic decoration in the form of three lions passant guardant arranged one above the other.
