Cast copper alloy strap fitting, probably a strap junction, from the Post Medieval period. It is circular in plan (37.511m x 32.37mm) and slightly domed. . The upper surface is decorated by four sets of curved lines, in pairs, coming from the centre of the fitting, to the edge. There are also two circular perforations, one of which is now filled up with corrosion. It has two prongs on the reverse, which are quite 6.90mm wide, project 9.12mm down, and are sub-triangular in plan. These probably fitted onto the strap, or another plate.

Post Medieval lead item, most likely a powder flask or measure. It has a rectangular box shaped top section, which is slightly squashed. Attached to the top section is a rectangular sectioned shaft. Powder was most likely scooped into the top box section before pouring. The shaft may have been to fit it into something or to stand it up.

Medieval lead pilgrims ampulla, dating to c. 1350- 1530. It is flask shaped in plan, as with most ampullae it is fairly flat, although the neck of this example is open. It would have had 2 handles, one on each side but one has broken off. The remaining example shows they were triangular, and placed at the base of the neck. A casting seam can be seen along both edges of the ampulla. One side of the rounded lower half is decorated with a central shield, with its border raised. Medieval copper alloy enamelled harness pendant, c. 12-400. It is a quadrilobe in plan, with triangular extensions in each angle. The attachment loop is set perpendicular to the pendant, it is not attached to the cross bar any longer. The front of the pendant is enamelled, the reverse is plain. The design consists of a central square which contains a lion passant left, in relief metal, the field is blue enamel. Cast bronze Palstave axe, dating to the Penard/Wilburton phases, c. 1300- 1000 BC. It is mostly complete but the blade is slightly broken and the handle has broken and is missing just the very end, and the butt. It has a single small side-loop, which measures 22.96mm in length. The blade has uneven edges, and is corroded, with pitting on the surface, it appears to be missing the cutting edge. Cast copper alloy Early Roman button and loop fastener. Tear-drop headed, dating to c. 50 -150 AD (according to Wild's typology, 1970). It is a slightly unusual type with a solid foot rather than a loop. The head is tear-drop shaped with a raised circular boss in the widest section. This appears to have enamel on originally and some traces of red (?) remain but the pattern is unclear. Flint scraper, probably Neolithic- Bronze Age in date, c.3500- 800 BC. It is made from a light grey flint with some white inclusions. A very small piece of cortext remains on the base of one edge. In plan it is sub-tear drop in shape, with a rounded base and a pointed tip. Barbed and tanged flint arrowhead, dating from the late Neolithic- early Bronze Age, c. 2500- 1500 BC. Flint barbed and tanged arrowhead with one of the two barbs, and possibly the end of the tang having broken off in antiquity. The arrowhead is triangular in plan with a central narrow tang and two barbs, on e of which projects past the base of the tang, in length, the other is broken and is shorter than the tang. Blade fragment of a Bronze Age axe, c.2300 BC- 800 BC. The blade edge is curved, and appears complete. It has broken before the shaft, having a rectangular cross-section at the broken edge where it is thickening. The axe has a dark brown patina which is slightly patchy due to corrosion. As so little remains it is not possible to pin it down to a certain type of axe, or a more specific period within the Bronze Age.
