Cast copper alloy Post Medieval furniture mount, late 17th-18th century in date. It is sub-rectangular in plan with integrally cast floral motifs. There is a flower in the centre with leaves coming off, the terminals end in points. There are the remains of two studs on the reverse, one on each end. These have broken so only a small piece remains.

Post Medieval cast copper alloy furniture mount, 17-18th century in date. It is almost heart shaped in plan with a central rounded knop at the top extending from the middle of the dip. Instead of curving down towards the pointed terminal there is a step inwards around half way down the mount. The mount is slightly domed and hollow on the reverse. On the reverse are the stubs of two rectangular cross section studs, used for attachment.

Cast copper alloy knife stop, Post Medieval in date. The sub-rectangular stop has a rectangular slot on the underside with the remains of an iron scale tang inside. At the top of the stop is an integral suspension loop. The shape is symmetrical on both faces consisting of two rounded 'petals' below the suspension loop narrowing to a rectangular base.

Lead-alloy Post Medieval medallion, probably 19th century in date. It is circular in plan and has one square-ish loop attached at 10 o'clock if the medallion is at the correct orientation. The front face has a crowned bust facing left. He has long straight hair. The bust is inside a circle of dots. Probable stone Medieval cresset lamp, from the 13-15th centuries. It has four rectangular faces with the top and bottom sides being sub-square. The top side has a circular hollow in which goes down about a third of the way. The base is flat with some grooves/scratch marks on, it is possible this is to do with use, rubbing on the base it was placed on. A medieval pin or fitting that comprises a curved pin shaft, possibly distorted, that terminates in the figure of a deer. The pin shaft has broken off. The pin or fitting is silver and dates from the fifteenth or early sixteenth century Dimensions: width 14 mm, height 12 mm. Consequently, in terms of age and as the object contains a minimum of 10% precious metal it qualifies as Treasure under the stipulations of the Treasure Act 1996. J P Robinson

A medieval silver-gilt annular brooch. The frame, cut from flat metal, engraved with four heraldic shields placed equidistantly, with a series of crosses between each shield. The pin survives, looped around a constriction, although the end is broken off. Non-destructive X-ray fluorescence analysis of the surface of the mercury gilt brooch indicated a silver content of approximately 96%.

This is broken at the top also. It would have had a scalloped edge along the top and only one corner remains of the original edge. Broken small flint blade, Mesolithic- Bronnze Age in date. It is a blade or point which has broken. It has a triangular cross-section with a flake having been taken off each side. At the pointed end the blade is bent. On one long side there has been some re-touching and this continues around the point. It is made from a grey flint which has different shades.

Cast bronze side-looped, socketed spearhead from the early Middle Bronze Age, c.1500-1150 BC. Mostly complete with the tip missing and worn blade edges. The blade would have been leaf-shaped and has a raised midrib on both sides running from top to bottom. The socket widens towards the end. It has two small side-loops about half way down. These are rectangular and have been cast integrally with the spear. The socket is slightly out of shape with the edge being uneven, however it is mostly circular in section and hollow. Silver annular medieval brooch. It is complete with the pin still attached. The hoop is circular in plan as well as in cross section. It has eight lozenge-shaped plates attached onto the front of the hoop. These are decorated with punch decoration, with two designs in an alternate pattern.
