Cast copper alloy and enamel Roman plate brooch, c.150-300 AD.
It is circular in plan with slightly broken edges. On the front face is a triskele motif in relief with the field around filled in with blue enamel. The reverse is plain and flat with the remnants of the catchplate and pin mechanism. The pin is missing.
