Cast copper alloy miniature terret ring from the Roman period. It is D-shaped in section with the reverse being flat and the front slightly domed. It is sub-circular in plan, measuring 19.02mm by 20.89mm in diameter, with the ring widening at the top then narrowing again towards the bottom. At the base is a small sub-triangular moulding which is raised on both front and reverse with a central groove.

Copper alloy and enamelled Roman disc brooch dating from the 2nd century AD. It is mostly complete with just the pin missing and some wear around the edges. It is circular in plan and slightly domed. The front is decorated with inlaid enamel in a triskele motif. The outline of the triskele is in raised copper alloy and there is a central circular dot in copper alloy. The inside of the triskele is infilled with red enamel. The outside field is two-thirds black and one-third blue.

Copper alloy enamelled disc or plate brooch from the 2nd- 3rd centuries AD. It is hexagonal in plan with a circular plate on each edge, and is raised with a hollow reverse. It is mostly complete with just the pin and one of the six circular plates has broken off. The plate which has broken off would have had the catchplate on the reverse. The top plate has two semi-circular plates set perpendicular to it through which the axis bar would have sat. Copper alloy, silvered and enamelled Roman horse and rider plate brooch. Dating to the late 3rd- 4th centuries AD. It is mostly complete with the pin missing and some wear on the edges. It has been silvered on the front surface, most of which still remains. The back leg and tail of the horse are missing. Cast copper alloy headstud Roman brooch dating from c.75-175 AD. It is complete and in good condition. It is a hinged type. The headloop is made from copper alloy wire which loops into the wings and acts as the axis bar on which the pin is attached. At the base of the loop is a rectangular attachment through which the loop runs. At the front it is decorated with a line of vertical grooves along the middle. Fragment of worked stone, possibly an architectural fragment or worked stone, of possible Roman date. Broken on 3 sides, fourth side seems to be intact, with a stepped, bevelled or chamfered edge. It is sub-rectangular in plan with dimensions of 90mm x74mm at its greatest and 57mm x 85mm at the smallest. It slopes up to the top and this is smaller. It has a height of 49mm.

Cast copper alloy Roman trumpet brooch dating to c.75-175 AD. The brooch is worn and the pin is missing. The head has become pointed at the top and on the reverse are the remains of a loop which would have held the pin and hinge mechanism. The bow has a circular cross section and widens at the central acanthus moulding before narrowing again towards the foot which is now missing. Some of the catchplate remains but most has broken off.

Cast copper alloy fragment of a Roman trumpet brooch dating to c.75-175 AD. Only the head and the upper half of the bow remains, the pin and its mechanism, whether spring or hinge are missing and the bow has broken just at the central acanthus style moulding. The trumpet shaped head is slightly broken and uneven, on the reverse is it hollow and the base of a hook, to hold the pin and its mechanism is still present. The bow has a circular cross section and widens at the acanthus style moulding which is a very crude version.

Copper alloy mis-cast Roman lion head mount. It is sub-circular in plan with a protrusion at the base. The reverse is flat and has a pitted uneven surface. The front is the face of the lion is relief and this detail has been affected by the mis-cast. The top protrusion is the nose and the lower is meant to be the mouth. The detail for the mane and eyes has been lost in wear, corrosion and the incomplete casting.

Cast copper alloy Roman hand pin, Cool Group 7. This type of pin has a hand holding an item, either an egg, pomegranate or apple. This example is probably an egg. The hand is holding the egg at the end of its fingertips and is held straight up from the wrist. The egg has a flat base which appears broken. It has been decorated with grooved criss-cross lines forming a lozenge shaped lattice pattern. The wrist is rectangular in cross section and has a hollow at the base, presumably to attach it to the pin.
