A cast copper alloy 19th Century fob seal, sub-rectangular matrix.
The fob holds a yellow stone engraved with a figure riding a four legged animal (it actually looks a little like a pig!). The inscription is tiny and even with the impression it is too small to mak eout what is written. The holder is a cast floriate.
